No. Ask LetResolve uses Microsoft's Azure AI services, which don't use your questions or records to train AI models — and neither do we.
No. It's great at finding things in your records and pointing you to the right guidance, but it can make mistakes and it isn't a lawyer. For legal obligations — such as timescales for damp and mould — check the official guidance or speak to a qualified adviser.
